Ever know that despite getting dirty in the end the win was worth it all? This photo of my daughter after a great game really said it all. You didn’t have to ask her if she won. You didn’t have to know the score. You just knew by the look on her face, that they did the job and were satisfied with themselves. Do you feel this way at the end of a transaction sometimes?

What if there was a way you could search the MLS for FREE just like Realtors
Now you can access the MLS using similar tools as Realtors. You are in control of what you want to search for, and you can search the MLS at your leisure. The information you submit in the form below can also be used to put you on an automated system where you'll be emailed all homes that meet your search criteria. You'll get internet access to a website that includes pictures, prices, and addresses to real estate that's listed in the MLS!

Yes, I do! And your daughter looks very cool in that tough-looking helmet.
Should be the feeling of a job well done is the reward and the commission the bonus. Excellent pic by the way, it does capture a look of pride.
I feel that way with every task startingwith my eyes opening in the morning!!!!!
That's a priceless picture Todd. Great look on her face that really does say it all! Thanks.
Todd, great picture with a look of satisfaction. These days one cannot help but have satisfaction when a property closes.
Cal
Great picture. Some of the transaction make you get really dirty these days to get it done!!!
Todd, i wish i could keep a smile like that on my face some days! It's a picture to last a life time. Good for her
awww...great photo and post....I love the analogy too! Have a nice weekend!
Todd - I do feel this way after every transaction and I also feel this way after every single one of my boys soccer games, win or lose.
WOW< nice Post Todd... and I must say yes, when my clinets walk out of the title comapany with big smiles, I got to be honest, seeing that smile is better than getting the commision check.... If i could live off the smiles I would...
Hi Todd, Enjoyed this post and yes, I am sure we have all had that feeling on many of our closed transactions. There is a sense that you not only did your job but did well and the satisfaction for all parties gives one a great sense of fulfillment. I think I would call it, Passion.
Todd you know you are doing your ob as a father when you can get pictures like this. My daughter played soccer up until her second year in college. What a tomboy she was.
Todd,
Great shot and what this group is all about - shots that convey a message without a caption. :)

I love photos of kids. This is definitely a keeper.
Priceless photo! The instant you look at her face you know that she is truly happy with a job well done.
What a great photo. There is no doubt that she is feeling very happy about the game she just played!
Todd that is a GREAT pic! Your right...the story is written all over her face (and what a cute face it is!) I know you are sooo proud! Thanks for sharing! - Paige
With all the obstacles we now face, how can we not feel that good when a transaction is successful? And this is a great shot, btw =)
Todd,
I love the shot. My daughter also spent the weekend paying softball - home tournament. Our girls took 1st place. It was great that they beat a team they fiercely compete against.
Todd,
Looks like someone was having fun! The dirt is like a badge of honor...this girl has been playing her heart out!
My daughter played softball - from 5 years old all the way to a state championship. Gosh I miss it - sweating at weekend long tournaments. Just does not get any better.
We were very proud of her as well, she played one heck of a game!

Todd,
Congratulations. This great candid shot is now featured on "Silent Saturday." :)
