Living Tigard - Your guide to everything Tigard

Ever let every one know it was all worth it without saying a word? Sometimes it's nice to get dirty!

A job well done!

Ever know that despite getting dirty in the end the win was worth it all? This photo of my daughter after a great game really said it all. You didn’t have to ask her if she won. You didn’t have to know the score. You just knew by the look on her face, that they did the job and were satisfied with themselves. Do you feel this way at the end of a transaction sometimes?

Should be the feeling of a job well done is the reward and the commission the bonus. Excellent pic by the way, it does capture a look of pride.

WOW< nice Post Todd... and I must say yes, when my clinets walk out of the title comapany with big smiles, I got to be honest, seeing that smile is better than getting the commision check.... If i could live off the smiles I would...

Hi Todd, Enjoyed this post and yes, I am sure we have all had that feeling on many of our closed transactions. There is a sense that you not only did your job but did well and the satisfaction for all parties gives one a great sense of fulfillment. I think I would call it, Passion.

Todd you know you are doing your ob as a father when you can get pictures like this.  My daughter played soccer up until her second year in college.  What a tomboy she was.

Todd,

Great shot and what this group is all about - shots that convey a message without a caption. :)

With all the obstacles we now face, how can we not feel that good when a transaction is successful?  And this is a great shot, btw  =)

Todd,

I love the shot.  My daughter also spent the weekend paying softball - home tournament. Our girls took 1st place.  It was great that they beat a team they fiercely compete against.

My daughter played softball - from 5 years old all the way to a state championship. Gosh I miss it - sweating at weekend long tournaments. Just does not get any better.
