If
you
have not attended the breakfast
with Santa with your kids, I suggest
you do.
Kids love it and it gets you out of the kitchen for the morning. This
year's
event takes place on December 5 and tickets went on sale this past
Thursday.
The tickets are only $5 per person and that includes breakfast, magic
with Mrs.
Claus, and then the big event when the big guy himself shows up.
But, after the breakfast,
if the kids want to sit on Santa's lap and
tell them
what they want for Christmas, the breakfast entitles you
to get to meet
Santa
one hour earlier than anyone else. Santa doesn't start working with the
public
until this event is over.
Now, my family has been
going to this event every year since my wife
was
pregnant with my youngest who is now five years old. It is
fun for
everyone
involved and each year, for my family, it has gotten bigger and bigger.
When we
started going, there really were only my kids. But, now my parents,
sisters,
brother, and nieces all attend and if all goes well may even have my
first
nephew Ryan here by December 5th. (Come on Ryan!)
If you arrive early,
before breakfast is served, you can take the kids
around
to different craft tables and make little things. This
last year the
kids got
to make reindeer antlers that they got to wear around the mall along
with a few
other little things for the Christmas tree.

Christmas is all about the kids and looks like even the big kids can have some fun.
