The numbers illustrate your point very well... If homes are priced right, they sell... I like the last 7 day format, a great snapshot.
I wish I had better news for Summer Lake, in the last 6 weeks, there have only been 3 sales. Needs to start moving or prices are going to start dropping more than they already have.
