Since I came down to Florida
to see some good friends (Katerina Gasset and George
Paukert), they decided to show
me how good of friends they were.
Nestor and Katerina Gasset
took
me to this place called Smokey Bones. Now, I have to say, we need a
place like
this in Tigard! THIS PLACE ROCKED!
Now, I have to say I may
have a heart attack in 20 years because of that meal,
but I can say that it will be well worth it. I’m told if
either I eat healthy
or not, I’m still going to die, so I might as well enjoy what I eat and
I
certainly did enjoy eating at Smokey Bones!
I just wish I had a
chance to sample more than what I got to because what I had
was awesome, but there were so many choices it took me
almost 10 minutes to
figure out what I wanted at that moment.
When I finally did decide, my
choice was these smoked wings, they double hickory smoke them and then
they are golden fried to order and I have to say it
worked! Though sticky,
it was awesome,(But, wings wouldn't be good if they weren't sticky) but
they were even prepared for that. As soon as we were done,
they brought wet wipes over so we could clean up.
So, if you are ever on
east coast, it looks like they have Smokey Bones up and
down the east coast and I suggest you check this place out if you like
great
food.
