Well, I’m going to tell you no, but I’m going to still try to prove myself wrong! WHAT? Yes, I’m going to try to prove myself wrong and try to prove that a crappy photo can help sell a home in Tigard, Oregon. When I list a home I use a Nikon D90 Camera to get the best possible pictures of your home, so it can shine in the best possible light on the MLS.
But, what I’m going to do, starting today, is use my iPhone to take pictures of the house and post it to twitter and facebook while I’m standing there. If there is a buyer looking in that area it will appear on Google as a blip, and my hope is that if there is a buyer for your home, that my crappy iPhone photo will sell your home based more on location and less on the picture.
Ok, I know the new iPhone is out and I will be getting one. I have seen the pictures it takes and they are far from crappy, so for the next couple weeks until the new iphone has its bugs worked out, I will be taking crappy pictures of your home to post all over the internet in real time and engaging the buyers that are looking where your home is located.
